The restuarant had some staffing issues during the pandemic, but they've now come full circle, and have even better customer service since hiring Eli. We had a small side that didn't end up in my to go order - I called it in, and Eli offered to drive it to our house! When I said that wasn't necessary, not only did he refund the money for the side, but he gave us a huge discount off our next order. Then, when I had to wait the next time I was there, he gave us another discount. Management made a really good move with hiring him...O'Charley's is back on our regular restaurant rotation!
By far the best customer service we’ve ever had. We had just come from a long road trip and the staff made us feel right at home. The food came quickly, the place was spotless, everything tasted great, and there was no shortage of great conversation with the manager, Sky, who took great pride in making our little rest stop a fantastic experience. Def recommend giving them a visit!
Food was good but had to wait a enormous amount of time before food was served. As if salmon was still to be caught. For me not a place to return.
