I arrived before my party. I sat there for over 10 minutes without anyone asking me if I wanted something to drink. (At about the 5 minute mark, I asked the hostess if she knew what the lightest beer they have is. She said she didn't but would find out and come back. She never did. I figured that was a good hint that I wanted a drink.) Then the first person in my party arrived. We waited another 10 minutes until I caught the owner at the table next to us on his 3rd visit to them and asked if we could get a drink. 20 minutes without a server attending to us is no bueno. The restaurant was not busy, so there is no reason for the service to be so slow. I understand that Chef Paco likes to be the face of his restaurant, but he has to do better. The food was okay. Nothing great. The amount is very little for $33. It is a place I would go back to if my friends wanted to, but not by my own choice.

My wife and I came to check out the highly touted creative mole sauce inspired dishes by Chef Paco. We were not disappointed as the service was great and the food was even better. We ordered the fiesta mole plate that comes with 6 chicken & cheese enchiladas with very eloquent flavors of mole sauces. The sauces were all delicious and we had a couple of favorites that we really liked. This place is a nice change from what we’ve come to expect from a traditional Mexican restaurant. We also had the Jamaica margarita which was very tasty as well. Sitting on the patio while enjoying a nice meal in a beautiful neighborhood was a real treat.

Best food ever. I don't think I've tasted anything as incredible as what they prepared for us. The chef had an incredible presentation before we ordered and made the whole experience unforgettable. The food was the best I've had and the service changed my definition of what a "5 star" establishment is. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a great time and amazing food.
