Fiore Pizzeria & Bakery

Went to @fiorepizzeria for a quick brunch. The Bloody Mary bar is top notch. So many options it could get overwhelming. The number of hot sauces and salts allowed me to get just the flavor I was looking for. The meatball (not pictured) was great. My burrata and prosciutto was exactly what is sounds like. There was pesto on it but most was under the cheese so it late into eating when I found it. Pizza crust was fire roasted and had a good chew. Cute little brunch spot.

Stopped in for lunch. We shared a pepperoni pizza and the spaghetti entree. Both were very good. The pizza had giardiniera sprinkled on it, adding a very slight kick without calling it too spicy at all. The crust was perfectly toasted. We finished with a cappuccino each and shared a tiramisu. Our waiter was very attentive, stopping by to check on us at appropriate times. The space is very open with tables far enough apart to feel like you still have privacy from others. The attached bakery has meats, cheeses, wine, condiments, and sauces as well as cookies and other pastries. We'll definitely be back.

Some of the best Italian food we’ve had in the greater Chicago area. Super cool space, great bar (thanks Sy!) and most importantly food made the right way. Homemade pasta and sauce to die for. Already planning the next trip back
