NORMS Restaurant

I found some thing inedible and my pancakes. We kept getting old, stale, dead looking fries. I sent my breakfast back a total of two times and it still wasn’t correct. When my sister attempted to tell the waiter she wanted another drink he waved her off. I had to wait until he came around to us again to tell him she wanted another drink. Absolutely unacceptable. There was also hair in my tater tot‘s. I’ve provided pictures below of the potatoes we received. Also the third picture is of the foreign object that was found in my pancakes.

WELL FRIST OF ALL I CALLED TO MAKE A TO GO ORDER ON MY LUNCH BREAK I ALWAYS COME IN AND GET THE SAME THING CHICKEN ALFREDO WITH 2 GARLIC CHEESE BREADS I DONT EAT THE SOUP ARE SALAD THAT COME WITH IT BUT I ALWAYS SUBSTITUTE IT FIR EXTRA TOAST AND ITS NEVER A PROBLEM SO THE PERSON THAT ANSWERED THE PHONE SAID THAT HE COULD NOT DO THAT SO I EXPLAINED I ALWAYS GET THE SAME THING EVERY TIME I GO THERE SO I SAID ILL COME IN BECAUSE I ONLY HAD 30 MINUTES FOR MY LUNCH SO I WANT IN AND THE DID IT BUT I WAS CHARGED FOR EXTRA TOAST AND STILL GET ALL THE WAY BACK TO MY JOB AND NO TOAST NOW I KEEP CALLING TO LET THEM NO AND NOW I CANT GET NO ANSWER I CALLED OVER 5 TIMES NO ANSWER SUPER IRRITATED AND MAD I WANTED TO TAKE THE WHOLE BAG BACK FOR REFUND

When I walk in they're blasting two radios, one in the kitchen in Spanish and the other on the normal speakers. My server was a waitress named Mia. I came in at 4:30 a.m. for breakfast. I ordered an additional fried egg on my plate and a pomegranate juice. When my plate came out I won't receive two eggs instead of three. A patiently waited for Mia to come from out of the kitchen as I seen her in there dancing and laughing with the cooks. When she finally came out I explained to her that my meal is lacking one more egg and I don't have my pomegranate juice. She remained inside the kitchen not coming to check on her customers. 15 to 20 minutes went by until I was able to reach her and ask her where is my one minute egg in my pomegranate juice. As I went to check out, I explained to her that I had a horrible experience and then I'm going to write a review. She told me I came in with a bad, wrong!!! I will tell all my co-workers to avoid this place at all costs.
