Jack in the Box

Food was great! Customer service needs improvement. I didn't ask for a large drink, and was given a large drink with tons of ice... I told them light ice with the sausage on the side. I wasn't given a total and had to ask for my receipt to see what I was charged for. Never had this experience before at any Jack n the box...

Young kid with curly hair said it wasn't his problem i was broke when I complained about being charged $16 for 3 regular iced coffees. No manager on duty, the young girl was polite and refunded my money when they couldn't explain the difference. I went around the corner and paid almost $6 less at another jack on the box for the exact order.

I ordered their deluxe breakfast and when I was home I noticed they forgot the pancakes and gave me bbq sauce instead of syrup. I drove back and my food was remade although unfortunately it was all just a waste of gas, the sausage was wet and so greasy I couldn't even finish it, the pancakes tasted of chemical, I'm not sure why; the eggs were the only good point but by then I lost my appetite and threw most of it away. I'm sure their burgers are fine but if you want breakfast just go to McDonald's.
