An unexpected gem. Good food and a lovely view. The tomato soup is divine and I also highly recommend the heirloom tomatoes and burrata salad.
Your "we are looking for someone with more experience" is complete lies when your hire for positions like sous chef, managerial, etc..states to have a comprehensive training program. Unless that is also a lie. Stop telling potential employees that you're "looking for someone with more experience" and just be honest and say "we don't want you" because then people won't be led to believe they aren't good enough or don't have the experience when they clearly have years of it. Yall are just picky. So say that. When the majority of potential employees have most likely made better food at home than I've noticed that you have in your restaurant. Thank you.
Great place to eat in the heart of the city. Super Service from Sofia. I highly recommend the Soup, Spinach Dip & Brussel Sprouts.
