Noodles and Thai

I've been going to this restaurant for over a decade now. I have never had an experience quite like this place and honestly still have not found another Thai restaurant that remotely compares.The owner and his partner are always so kind and the food is always incredible. I always tell my friends to get out of their comfort zone and try pretty much everything on their menu. My personal favorites being pad sen kit and laht nah. You must try this place... I promise, you won't be disappointed.

The food was really great, but I was uncomfortable eating it. I could see into the kitchen and it was very dirty in there. My water was served to me in a class that had filth caked on the outside of it that I was able to scrape off with my finger. The service was standard and the two individuals working there were very happy to have me there. I did feel welcomed. Like I said, the food was good, I was just uncomfortable with the cleanliness level. It's been about 12 hours and I'm not sick though. I'm sure it's fine.

I was expecting something a bit more authentic...the tofu pad Thai only had 3 cubes of tofu, no peanuts, no lime, and the noodles were really thick. They were also greasy and tasted like you might expect an Asian fusion place to taste. Not the worst pad Thai for $8.95 though.
