Domino's Pizza

I order a Specialty pizza, a marbled cookied brownie, and a two liter of soda. Total comes to $28.66 + $5.00 delivery tip on top of $3.50 delivery fee. I requested a text for a two minute from delivery warning never got it but there was one on my laptop showing the delivery map and a vehicle two minutes out. Pizza was pretty good. Now it's time to get in to that marbled cookied brownie, which I really thought must be really good for $6.49. When I open the box its definately got the aroma of burnt more like charcoal going on. I look at these things with discust. I thought I would try one incase maybe it was eatable. If you like charcoal then your set with these blocks. So I thought no worries a review on my order shows and I fill it out thinking you know an employee would call, apologize for the charcoal and offer to deliver a new one or better yet since its now 8:45 p.m. and im getting ready for bed, a credit on my account. The worst customer service ever!!! They first delivered the wrong pizza when I called I was just placed on hold for over 30 minutes and wasn’t able to speak to my one to resolve the issues of the wrong pizza being delivered! The receipt clearly says sausage and pepperoni on the left side only but there is no meat on the entire pizza!!

Love Domino's Pizza! I feel like it's either a hit or a miss with people's opinion; but it's really an over all experience with the craft of the food, to the customer service, price, and quality. Ask for James -he'll take care of you!
