The food and service is good enough but they have one of those tacky “We don’t pay our people enough” signs up. Businesses shouldn’t ask people to be patient because they don’t want to pay enough, don’t offer a good work culture, and/or offer enough benefits to attract enough people to work for them. Obviously their business model isn’t working if they can’t compete with wages in the labor market. The market will respond by simply having businesses like these close. That’s a capitalism.

The Zoodle dish I ordered tasted good, but was still very watery. I'd hoped they'd learned to saute off the zoodles by now. It would have been perfect. Vegetarian options: I had a lovely zucchini dish with mushrooms, spinach, and roasted zucchini over zoodles, with a light garlic cream sauce. No added protein necessary!
