Culver's

The few times that I previously ate at Culver's were great! That's not the case on the late afternoon of 9/18/22. The clerk was impossible to understand at times...even with asking him to repeat 3 or 4 times! My sister couldn't make out what he was saying either. This happened twice! Obviously, the clerk didn't understand me, either as there were several errors of what was requested versus what was placed on our table...an extra order of fries, medium instead of small on the two orders of their custard, which was so thin on mine that I had to drink it with a straw...easily done, but not the proper format. Worse to me was that I asked for the flavor of the day, which shows generous amounts of fudge (and caramel?), plus cookie dough bites. Mine was almost completely white! I told him I expected it to have some resemblance to their photo and asked him to redo it. Twice, it came back looking the same. Their service has been fantastic everytime I've been. Custard quality is not great compared to an Andy's Frozen Custard, but it's not bad. Food is about what you'd expect from a fast food restaurant.

First time I've ever been to a Culver's location and I was impressed. For a fast food restaraunt it was very nice and a step up from most places. Wife and I both had a custom made butter burger and fries and both agreed to food was delicious. Service was friendly and fast.
