Noodles and Company

It's frustrating when businesses don't staff for dining room/delivery/drive through, but still try to take orders at all three. It's a worse experience for the customer for corporate greed. Popeye's across the parking lot closed their dining room to only take drive through orders and are crushing it.

Terrible customer service. Food has gone downhill. Served burnt noodles and shrimp.(food was black with charcoal) Owner was non apologetic. Don’t waste your time or money here. Try a different Noodles, just not Maplewood.

If Noodles and company is a fast food place that makes noodles they get 4 stars. If they are trying to be something more they deserve 3 stars. The dishes were good, the place was clean, the service was a fail. We were the only people in line and ther was zero sense of urgency to take our order. It's like we showed up during break but the staff was taking the break while watching us wait to order. I would try another location and would expect better service.
