Deserve some recognition! Our group of 20 came in unexpected on Aug. 13, 2022. And they served us really well and were extremely kind, despite some confusion with orders. They were getting slammed tonight as well. 2 more large groups came in after us, giving them no break in the action. They paid attention to the quality of the orders and were working as quickly as possible. I hope they get some recognition for the work they did tonight. I would have liked to give them a $15-20 tip but unfortunately don't carry cash on me. I hope the night eventually calmed down for them.
I'm quite tired of this noodles and company. I used to work for a noodles and company myself quite a few years back, i understand the frustration of working food industry from their view point. However, the way mine and my roommates order was handled was NOT how it used to be when I worked for the company. We ordered our food from a grocery store since it was close to this restaurant amd when we had finished we just popped on over. We knew full well the food wouldn't have been finished in that time so we waited. After about 10 min of being there, our app said the food was ready. It was not ready until another 20 minutes after that. Finally we got our food and we went home, when we got home and unpacked everything, an entire entree was missing. My roommate's entire dinner was missing. When I looked at the order slip they attached to our bag, they had not crossed off what they were packing which I know they are supposed to do.
