We haven't eaten at buffalo wild wings in some time. Wings were just not as good as they used to be in my opinion and for how much our bill was I felt that we could go to a nicer place with better food. Edit: then they reply to your review telling you to submit your concern on the website, and a week later nobody has responded. I guess the horrible customer service goes all the way to the corporate level. Absolutely awful customer service. Ordered online for delivery. Didn't receive any of the utensils or dips (that I paid extra for) and also received the wrong beverage. Called the store to see if they could fix the issue (I am at work a 2 minute drive away but don't have a vehicle) and was told the best they can do is a partial refund. Used to be a regular at this location but don't think I'll be ordering from them again if this is how they fix their mistakes.

Great burgers and wings. I was very surprised by the horrible reviews I read. I usually never even review things but felt this location wasn't getting a fair shake by the reviews I read. I like buffalo wild wings and have been to them in several states across the country and this location was just like any other I've visited.
