I took off a star because I waited 19 minutes for an order of a small entree and side with only 1 person having ordered in front of me. I really enjoy the food from noodles and company but every time I go to any of them it takes a while for the food to come out. Redeeming rewards was easy but I saw another person who spent their whole work break waiting for their food. The workers seemed kind of confused and overwhelmed. I don’t think they’re not working hard but maybe they need some support.
This place is crazily overpriced for carry out. The amount spent we could've had a sit down dinner @ Olive Garden with salad and bread sticks lol The service was fairly quick and friendly.
Horrible experience. Employees are unprofessional and food order is always wrong.
