Chick-fil-A

Drive thru was very badly managed. One lane moved quickly but 4 to 5 cars orders would be taken from one lane before they would take an order from second lane. Took 27 minutes to get my order even though my lane had only 3 cars ahead of me. Cars that came in other lane behind me got food and were leaving and my lane hadn't moved at all. And you cannot get out of lane to leave, because I would have.

Absolutely worse experience I have ever had at this chicfila after 9pm on 3/1/23. Order taker seemed irritated and not friendly, at the window it was so many workers hitting each other, playing around even one cussing. Orders were mixed up, receipts not working and the manager seemed oblivious and when I asked to speak to her she assumed it was about the receipt even after I said it wasn't several times. I told the employee at the window I come here often and yall need to know we can see everything and this is not good. The chaos and lack of concern or care for their customers was so far from the chic fil a standard. This restaurant has been going down hill and tonight they officially made it there. This was a shame. I am so disappointed in the staff and management at this location!!

I went to chick fil a recently , my friend is Asian , I’m American and clearly stated his name as JOE, when we went up to the guy to pay he asked us what our order was and he said it was under Kim. We all know what you did there it’s disrespectful and not funny at all. Anyone who’s worked at a fast food restaurant knows you can see what you look like when you order but the food was good even though you left out two of the sauces we asked for.
