Ordered penne Rosa and garlic bread. Received penne Rosa with chicken (I’m a vegetarian) and no cheesy garlic bread. Reorder garlic bread because they didn’t ring it in. Wait and wait.. still no bread. They gave it to the wrong table and then served me another round with NO CHEESE. The A/C is also broken in mid July :D disappointed is an understatement.
Food was cold, no A/C so it was hot in there. Staff was great but I've had BETTER food at Noodles before so I don't know what the deal is. For $17.00, I expected way better food!! Disappointed!! They passed my complaint on to the TEAM..., lmao. Must be their way pf saying.. "Next time bring your pwn LUBE and it won't hurt so much!!
I waited 25 minutes, and paid $15 for a Mac with spinach and grilled chicken to receive a small portion of cold mac with no protein. I just love pulling out a bowl of disappointment after a long work day.
