Looking for Dan Dan noodle to eat, found Harmony noodle while looking through Yelp. My wife likes her Dan Dan noodle to be not too "peanuty", and Harmony Dan Dan noodle delivers that. Their noodle is very chewy, not soggy at all, they separate the sauce and meat for to go. The only thing is that their portions are toward the smaller side, as you can see from my pictures. Even the dumplings are small, however, they do taste good. I would suggest to call when ordering to go, using the online order will be a little more pricey.
The signature beef noodle soup “broth” was like pure chili oil. I love spicy but there was no flavor other than extra hot oil. I had my baby with me and wanted to just get a small side of rice. They wouldn’t do just a side and told me they’re a noodle place, but that I should order the rice bowl for $13 so I did since they wouldn’t let me order a side and it was the saltiest thing I’ve ever tried. Almost inedible. I would never come back here. The service was horrible and we were the only people in the whole place.
Dan Dan Noodles looked good, was hot and fresh with a fragrant noodle smell, but was overall ok. It was mostly chili oil, wasn't very spicy, doesn't have peanut sauce and we all felt it the next day after eating it. Sichuan Dumplings were good but with DTF & MIAN being my favorites, I wouldn't come here just for that. And one of the dumplings burst out of the wrapper also. Service was ok. Waiters seemed nice.
