I took my daughter up to Madison to do some school shopping. We ran across this cute restaurant so we decided to give it a try and I am so happy we did. I LOVED the food! Literally ate my entire pasta dish!! Plus the bread as an appetizer was very delicious! For dessert, we tried a canoli and it did not disappoint! I was very impressed with our experience and plan on visiting again in the future!!
We read reviews ahead of time. Such a love/hate going on. Gave it a try. Mediocre is about it. Salads a 3, meals a 3 with very little flavor. Service a 2 at best. Never asked if we wanted another drink. Didn't bring more bread until we asked the hostess. They seemed more pleased with clearing plates. Of course, not the young man that was supposed to be doing that. If you judge a place by the cleanliness of the bathroom you probably wouldn't eat here. It had been cleaned, but was by no means clean. The floor is sticky and the grout and corners filthy. Don't leave a small roll of paper towels. People don't want something that's been laying on a countertop.
Delicious house made pasta and Italian food with friendly staff and good prices. Would highly recommend!
