It was pretty okay for a first time visit. The jambalaya was a little overcooked the rice was mushy. The chicken and waffles were very good!
Temperature of food was great. Étouffée was a little bland over white rice but still was more or less. Catfish was yummy but the breading was more of a country fried steak or Buffalo wild wings boneless type of breading. The dessert hurt my tongue from the sweetness. Jambalaya was very very bland. Shrimp were good but breading was very thick
Ordered through grubhub, definitely going to come into the restaurant to eat again. I got the catfish and shrimp plate and it was delicious, my husband got the catfish poboy and he loved it! They did get one of my sides wrong, but the rest of it was so good I don’t even mind. So glad to finally have such good food in our area!
