I finally find a Chinese food place that delivers in my area and they take literally an hour & 10 minutes to deliver. I called at the 40min mark to check in & she says she’ll call the driver & let me know. She didn’t call me back so at the 55min mark I called back to cancel. “Oh he’ll be there in a minute.” No just cancel. 70min mark I have a call from the driver to say he’s at my door. She didn’t even tell him that I canceled. I feel as tho my food was sitting at the restaurant & they forgot about it until I called...

Not a good experience! The lady who takes the order up front is very rude!! Charged me for food I didn't get and would not compensate or give the food after I returned with receipt. Then she got irate and walked off as if I wasn't standing there. I wouldn't recommend giving this kind of person service.

I have to remember to stop ordering from here. They forget your paid items and then get upset when you call. The woman with the heavier accent rushed me off the phone saying she was making it 'now' and it'll be delivered. 50 minutes later, nothing. I call back like, np, if busy but do you have ETA. She repeats that she'll make it right now and hangs up. The younger one act like i was bothering her, I just wanted what I paid for. You'd think customer service would be high on the list. Lesson to me to cook lol.
