The patio is incredibly relaxing. Beautiful lights up with a very nice tree in the center. Attentive servers. The avocado rice appetizer (pictured) was very original and ornately decorated. The rest of the menu is well-executed (great flavors) but a bit unimaginative -- dishes like spaghetti, burgers, or salads are sort of standard American fare. I also think that the prices are too high for what it is, including for alcohol. They gave me a very light pour for my $13 well whiskey -- about half a shot's worth. But overall I am glad a vegan restaurant like this exists and I would return for the right occasion.
Really lovely outdoor space, accompanied by clean, satisfying fare. The popular item to get was the crispy rice, but it’s exactly as you’d expect so I would recommend saving your money and trying something else. The real winner was the bianco pizza! We loved the dough (in the style of Detroit square pizza). Salad and chicken tikka were both good as well, nothing to really rave home about but we left satisfied.
We ordered 3apps and 2 entrees between 2 people, which is a LOT of food. But I'm so glad we did, the food was unbelievable! Got the avocado tacos, avocado on crispy rice rolls, crispy maitake mushroom(fav from the whole night), pasta and truffle burger. The rice rolls could've been crisper and the burger could use less bread, but apart from that, the flavor and presentation is honestly 10/10. The staff are extremely friendly. And the open air seating at the back with fairy lights at night is a perfect ambience. Would definitely come back when I'm in LA again.
