Enjoying a very delicious early dinner. New Flavors is our favorite Chinese Restaurant to go for both dining in and for take out. Did you know that they actually "brew" the authentic leaves, etc at the restaurant for their flabulous Thai Ice teas? I'm so addicted to their Thai Ice teas, so fresh and so tasty!
Such a disappointment! I've been coming here for yrs. Tonight was my husband's birthday and he wanted to have dinner at new flavors. So I called a head to make a reservations for 7pm because they closed at 9:30 i figured that should give us plenty of time, so i made the reservation for about 20/25 ppl. When we got there they had two long tables set up and everything looked great. As our family and friends began to arrive and we started to place our orders, with Anthony. He seemed to be very bothered and somewhat pushy, and rude. Mine you he was the only one helping us, Lynn didn't bother to lend a hand which was very disappointing. We all finally got our orders taken. As we sat waiting for our food and drinks to arrive, Anthony became extremely RUDE! Once our food arrived i wanted some extra crispy noodles for my soup he told me they were cooking them finally after about 15+ minutes he bought one sm plate which sucked because I like to put them in my soup. When had to get up and
I've been looking for a cheap-eat Chinese restaurant in West LA. And I'm glad to say that this is it. My friends and I went for the lunch special. The whole fried fish (dou ban yu) in the photo was so worth it. Only $9.15 for the entire fish! I'd say that's a pretty good deal. We also preferred sweet and sour pork which was part of the lunch special too. And we also preferred honey walnut shrimp (not on lunch special). For the lunch special, they also give you an egg roll, rice, and soup on the side too. In the end, my friends and I (three of us total) only spent $14 each. Looking forward to coming back again!
