Love this place. I enjoyed a HUGE delicious Nessy Burger with cheese, lettuce, tomato, onion and thousand island spread. Yum! This thing is a cost saver since you are actually replacing 2 meals with 1 burger. If you have never been here put it on the bucket list. Good Stuff!
A North County gem, and one that is unafraid to reveal the secret of Lake Hodges! ???? The famous Nessy Burger isn't the only great thing on the menu (you seriously need to check out the breakfast burger), but it's famous for being made with great beef, in a very thick, large patty, cooked perfectly and served simply with lettuce tomato onion and cheese. The cheese is automatic, so if you're one of those cheese haters ask them to hold it off. Prices are very fair, service is cheerful and fast. The outdoor dining area is clean, and well stocked with everything you might need, be it condiments, napkins or more. If you're an old timer you remember when it was right on the highway. Well, it's not. Well not that highway: when you get off the 15 on to the 76 West, hang a right going north on Old 395. It's just up on the left, you cannot miss it even if you are not using nav.
