Went there at a little before 8:00 pm sign on door said they was open till 10:00 pm all the lights was on and they was someone in there their open sign light was on but the door was locked, not sure what the deal is but since I went out of my way to go there to find the door locked I won't be coming back!
Best soul food around good food, friends and family
So we love nephews but the one on the Eastside has bad customer service. We ordered 2 dinners my dinner I wasn't feeling the meat so I called and they said ok bring it back we'll make another one. Instead they said it's from the same batch I can give u a refund I said just give me something else .. when my order was ready the cashier said now this is a replacement ain't no refund or something else this is it... she didn't need to say anything but have a good day sorry you wasn't happy etc.. what's with the attitude I didn't come at her crazy just because I wasn't happy didn't need the extra.... next time we will just drive 2 the Westside location with better people skills
