Basically the Hyde out is just a local corner bar. Nice atmosphere, can get noisy at times. But, they have some really great sushi! And quite a variety to add. I really enjoyed it!
Don't let the looks of this place fool you. The food is ABSOLUTELY INCREDIBLE!!!
My first time ordering sushi was takeout and it was delicious. I recently went for lunch, the appetizers were good I ordered miso and fired gozas. Spider and dragon roll. My spider roll was over fried, I couldn’t bite it nor break it apart with my fork, (it wasn’t rolled tight either it was falling apart). The “ fresh” crab in it was so dry and smelled so bad. I almost puked. My dragon roll was literally 90% avocado and cucumber hardly any eel. I left 75% of my sushi rolls they were not edible. I took my husband out for lunch and he seemed to enjoy his two rolls, reason way I’m giving a three. They seemed very busy for one server, she was amazing. Maybe takeout orders and cooking for incoming customers at the same time was a bit too much on my last visit. Music would play two words and turn off and play again and off. * please clean the fish tank.
