I ordered through Ubereats, so perhaps the dine-in experience is better, but this was an almost complete waste of money. The fries that came with the sandwiches and in the poutine were inedible, tasting strongly of char and dirty grill. The cheesecurds in the poutine had the same taint and were inedible. The Cuban sandwich was mostly edible, but again, had that dirty grill taste in the pork. I was hungry so I finished it. Same with hubby's burger. Were we presented this food in person, we would have sent it back and probably just left to eat elsewhere. Unfortunately we were at home with no options, so they got our money but lost our future business. Very disappointing. Manager kindly replied but I don't know how to reply to his reply so ETA: The Ubereats order was Sept 8, 5:01pm per Uber record. My rating is really based on the food, the beer was good! But the food came out cold, had to ask them to put it back into the heating element where it came from. It really looked like thrown together, the bacon was disgusting and the jalapeño pepper was soft, the "shaved" meat was crumbled together to balls and doused and warmed up in some cheese. I had to take it apart and barely was able to finish one half. Not coming back. Reply to comment: Since I can't reply to your answer. You looked at the footage and are giving me a wrong statement? 2nd half? She reheated the whole thing since it was cold. I ate it because I hadn't eaten since 5:50am that morning before traveling up there. Please mention the face I made while eating and how I picked off half the stuff. Definitely a local place. The bartenders were friendly buy they don't have the biggest selection of food on the menu
