If you like Indian food, this is a place to go. Substantial menu including plenty of vegetarian options. Nice decor, nothing fancy, but feels appropriate for an Indian restaurant. Street parking at meters. Food : 5/5 | Service : 5/5 | Atmosphere : 5/5 … More
I had ordered takeout. The Chicken Tikka Masala and Chicken Jalfrezi were acceptable. The Tandoori shrimp was extremely disappointing. The shrimp had a spoiled fishy smell and was extremely dried out as if it was shrimp jerky! I called Nawab and complained. They were very sorry and offered to refund the cost of the dish to my credit card. Never received the refund.
This place used to be much better a couple years ago. They brought out plastic plates and utensils, the portions were minimal, and the service wasn't the best. The strawberry lassi tasted like Nesquik, was very sugary, and was not of the same character. Used to love this place. Highly recommend finding another Indian restaurant.
