Nando's PERi-PERi

The famous flavor of Nandos Peri Peri located in one of Chicagolands best malls aka Old Orchard Mall. The customer service here is great. The food is made fresh and the chicken is delightfully well seasoned and comes with the famous peri peri flavor. The ambience is great too. You can self serve yourself with bottles of their famous peri peri sauce that go perfect with their chicken which is already incredibly well seasoned and grilled to perfection. They also have a convenient hand washing station right next to the sauces so you dont have to go to the restroom to wash your hands. Best spot in all of Old Orchard Mall for good clean healthy eats with fresh food full of flavor. So go check them out! P.s. they also have vegetarian options! Weird place to order. We were seated and she informed us that the menu was on line. You order on line and pay on line. The only problem was the internet connection was terrible. Eventually a girl at the counter gave us a menu and took our payment. Food was okay. I had a salad with rice and my husband had chicken thighs. Not something I would go out of my was to get.

Usually get the half chicken but decided to switch it up and try the wings. All their chicken can be ordered in different flavors (w/ different levels of spiciness) that you can get 'em sauced in. Usually get "Hot" and dip 'em in a variety of their other sauces they have laid out in bottles. The sauce is the Boss! The wings were good but they're on the smaller side. So in my opinion, at the price, they're not really worth it. You'd be better off just getting the regular chicken portions. The hummus was okay - not as creamy and thick in consistency as I usually like. You can get it with pita, veggies, or both.
