Food is okay but a lot of room for service to improved. We got served wrong food 3 times with the server still not knowing if all of our orders were served after the mistakes. And we’ve been waited 40 mins for our second dish where customers that came after us had finished their meals. I had to cancel rest of the orders as both the lunch time and our patience had been overstretched. Please give more training to the server and add sequencing to the order system. It’s better for the restaurant and customers.
Cute little restaurant, and the flavors of my dish were alright, but... I love spicy food, I asked for my duck noodle soup to be "extra spicy, as hot as you're willing to make it". They failed to deliver on that spectacularly - even though our check at the end of the meal read "extra hot" next to my order. There wasn't even a drop of chili oil or so much as even a speck of bird's eye chili anywhere to be found. It was the absolute zero of spice. I had my wife try a bite without telling her anything about it. She can't handle spice like I can, but watching the wave of confused, evolving emotions roll over her was very entertaining. Starting with complete fear, she braced for pain, furrowed her brow in confusion, realized what she ate, laughed to herself, smiled in amusement, then empathized with me in the utter disappointment we both now felt. All this in a period of about 5 seconds. I've never seen her take a journey like that - and she's seen me without clothing!
It is pricy than the average considering the portion (selling Pad Thai $17.5 +shrimp $4). Pad Thai was on the sweet side. Pok pok thai salad is flavorful and a little spicy. Don’t know why there are flies keep circling around our table which is pretty annoying. Staff is friendly.
