Visited the Richmond Heights Mr. Hero location on a Monday evening, and I just had to leave a review to say the two guys behind the counter were really working their butts off. Even with the endless online orders streaming in and a sudden rush of people in the door, they maintained their composure and professionalism, while delivering timely/accurate/tasty orders. They deserve a raise. Or at least some help and a stiff drink.
1st time customer and was not greeted when I walked in and the male cashier with glasses was rude and acted as if i was bothering him, when I placed my order!!
I loved this place. The food here is delicious and well prepared. The staff is really cooperative and fast. Got my food hot as I like and the spice level was perfect... !! (love their brownies)
