Sat in drive thru for 10mins only to NOT be served. I've been getting my order and DoorDash together for years and now I can't do it cause they're "short staffed"? BS! If mobile orders or dashers could go in to pick up food, maybe it would be easier for everyone. Besides, if they are so short handed, why are they still open? I've had multiple issues with the staff here and this is becoming ridiculous. I do not recommend this location

I asked for a Big Mac meal deal large ,I received a medium drink and medium fries ,I told the girl it was supposed to be large she said " the large meal is only for the drink to be large not the fries " I said no I paid for the large meal she says oh you want the large fries? I paid for them ! Yes please I got an attitude from both people working the window ,they took my receipt and didn't give it back . I will not ever go there again ,pay for a lage and get backlash because I'd like to get what I paid for.This happened on July 17 2023 at about 615 pm

The customer service could be improved. The drive-thru people don't seem like they want to be there, just by their tone in their voice. They don't acknowledge customers when someone says thank you. I got a steak egg and cheese bagel but received sausage egg and cheese bagel. My friend ordered a biscuit and ask for grape jelly but they gave him mostly strawberry jelly. They tend to forget straws. So check your bag before you drive out.
