Mr Edd's Pizza Plus

Never had an issue with Mr.Edds till now. The wings usually come piping hot and amazing. But today the chicken we got was not the usual Mr.Edd’s Experience. I called and the owner answered, was very polite till I brought up how the chicken was dry and cold. Then he got rude and hung up. Usually the girls who answer if I had any issue are very polite. Sooo definitely not what I’m use too..

Pizza is so so. Calzones are fantastic. Sandwiches are hit and miss. Salads are great. People are super nice. This is an edit. After a bunch of good experiences, we had a horrible one. Food completely incorrect. And rude manager/owner, not to sure who she is. But my question is, what's goin on, you keep getting recent bad/horrible customer service reviews and you just keep saying you've discussed it with your staff and will do better....But it KEEPS happening???? We are done. Never coming back. And that's a shame because when you get it right the food is great....smh

I can't get a decent pizza where I live now so when I come back to my hometown, I like to order from Mr. Edd's pizza while we enjoy the pool. This was by far the best pizza we have had in a very long time. It was ready in less than 20 minutes and had great as well as fast service. We will be back.
