Bread was stale, meat was dry, barley any cheese. Definitely not a Philly. Staff was nice.

This was our first visit to Motown Philly Cheese steak. Though the food was ok, I found it underwhelming. My husband's sandwich had much more meat on it than mine, even though they were the same size and the only difference should have been that he had green peppers and mushrooms standard on his sandwich. There was cheese, but it was so melted in that neither of us could taste it, and it wasn't visible. The "seasoned steak" didn't seem to have much in the way of flavor. Nothing about the sandwich stood out. It was just ok. The waffle fries were so crispy that I felt like I was eating warm chips. I'm sure crispy, crunchy fries are some people's liking, I prefer a bit of potatoe in my fries. Customer service was lackluster, no real enthusiasm, didn't feel as though they had much interest in interacting. Overall, not the worst place to eat, though I won't be back due to the mediocrity of both the food and the service.
