Mo's Chinese Kitchen

I walked in to order during dinner time getting food for my boyfriend that gets off at 9pm. For him to get off work and expect a good meal and to have this white/tan hard rice was unacceptable I work near this location but I live 30mins away called the store and said I have a picture I can show them for the following day since it was close to closing and I live 30mins from that location. Still they said I have to bring it back in order to get a refund or a new meal..By the time I would get back to this location it’ll be closed. They didn’t take that under consideration and just said “sorry nothing I can do without the food being brought back”. Rice had no flavor and was DRY! Just flat out unacceptable.

We came in as a party of 6. It took longer than 5 minutes to get even someone to acknowledge us much less bring menus or take a drink order. When the guy came out to was very dismissive and treated us as we were an inconvenience. We ended up having to leave as the vibe overall sucked really bad. The young ladies at the front desk were super sweet so it sucks that the service was so lacking especially the customer service.

Mos kitchen is the best Chinese food. Better than any of the locally owned takeout places. Better than Panda Express. Better than PF Chang's. Better than Chinatown. For all I know they're better than China. The only Chinese place I'll ever need.
