20 minutes in line to the drive-thru and still didn't get the food It was the worst I've ever had with White Castle

I would rate zero stars if I could. The cashier in the drive-through took my order wrong on The morning of 10-1-22. She charged me for two sandwiches when I only ordered one. I waited for my order in the drive-through for over 10 minutes. I went inside to see what was going on and the lady that was at the pick up counter told me the order went out already and I said no it didn’t because I didn’t receive it if you must’ve gave it to whoever operates it’s methe wrong car. After a couple minutes I got my food and I realized she gave me the wrong sandwiches. She told me they were right and I said no as I showed her the receipt she fixed the mistake. I don’t believe I will come back to this McDonald’s the people that work here do not know how to be on top of things.

Horrible. Repeated order on intercom twice. Repeated to employee in the first window at least 4 times. Went to 2nd window, drink was incorrect. Told them. Shes like thats what you were charged for. Im like I didnt order, just kept repeating. 2nd employee at that window saying the same thing. Go to 3nd window for food. After waiting a long time, manager goes to give me incorrect food. At this point extremely frustrated, told them to give me a refund. Give card, even that takes forever. When I get receipt for refund, its incorrect amount. Less than what I was charged. Hes like I can give you a large drink. 4 employees, two of them were rude but all 4 got it incorrect. My order was simply a #7, 2 cheeseburger meal then large sized.
