Moretti's Ristorante & Pizzeria

This place is always a hit or miss. When the order is actually right this place can be great. But I've ordered salads that would have ingredients that weren't supposed to be there and I've had salads that lacked many of the ingredients it was supposed to have. This time I ordered a medium cheese pizza (14 inch) and paid $18.00 when I could have gone to Jewel and bought the same thing for $5.00. The pizza was slopped together, barely any cheese, and looks like a small because it didn't even match the 14 inch card board underneath it. I probably call on more than half of the meals ordered to tell them it's wrong and then they replace it. Unfortunately I'm not anticipating on a free meal every time I do order from here. I'd just like what I ordered, how it's advertised on their menu. I'm not sure what the issue is with consistency here.

Food was great something for everyone. Great drinks and variety of food choices. Servis was awful! We were a party of 7 I really was expecting stronger service. We ordered our drinks then Donna left to fill and return with the drinks. We then ordered our appetizers and she did not return until she brought our starters? Took about 15-20 minutes for the starters to come out. The starters finally made it to the table. We then request to drink refills and then placed our order at which point she did not return until the orders were full. Again, we requested drink refills and then requested a drink menu to get adult beverages. Just a very disappointing service experience. We arrived at about 4:15 on a Wednesday afternoon. If there were two other tables in the restaurant that the other server was attending to, we were the only table in her section. Felt like we were very ignored.

Twice in the past few days I ordered delivery from Moretti's in fox lake. The first time the pizza was delivered in a pile. I called and was taken care of right away and was offered either a new pizza or credit to my account. I took the credit. Two days later I ordered delivery and was told what the soup of the day was. I also ordered some pasta and a cheeseburger with American cheese and chips and dip. I received a call about 15 minutes later and was told the soup of the say was wrong and I did not want the correct soup. I was told I was not charged for this. Also I had to ask for the credit and had to wait on the phone for a manager. I was then hung up on. I had to call back to get the order completed. I finally get everything straight and was told that my order was ready and they were leaving shortly. About 25 minutes later the order was delivered. When I opened the order I saw that the cheeseburger did not have anything with it like lettuce, tomato, onion and pickle. I then opene
