Honestly the staff here is great. They captured the essence of customer service and hospitality. This is a lost art these days so we were very impressed. The food was great as always. Good job to the manager and staff!
They give you your custard first and then you get your food 20 to 25 mins later. By the time my husband got home with my shake it was soup. Most likely not going back. Food is ok, employees not friendly and the wait time is too long.
stopped at the drive through last night on the way home from work, Always a wait at the drive thru. My question is if your gonna have to wait for you food, why give you your shake/mixer now and have it melt while you wait for your food????? Cant they make it when they bring the food out. Mine was like a soup before i got my food. If they wanna make it while you wait they should have a freezer unit they keep them in til your order is ready. Maybe ppl should go to DQ after they get there food and get a shake/blizzard there
