Had the chicken Alfredo, and the deep dish pizza. Both were excellent. Staff was very friendly. First visit and was very impressed

We love this chain. But their store on Busse is a disaster. 70% empty at 7:45 on a Saturday night suggests our bad experience was not uncommon. The service was way below what's acceptable. Having to wait 20 minutes for a beverage is crazy. I hope Fred comes to the rescue. In the meantime, we will spend our time at the Hoffman Estates location where the fantastic bartender named Adam keeps things running perfectly!
