Moochie's Meatballs and More

Know what you want, yes even if you haven’t been there before. The workers are in a hurry and so are the people in line. Do yourself a favor and eat your meal on the cute patio. I ate half of my delicious meatball, feta, and jalapeño cream sauce sub at the nearby Capitol, and then saved the other half. Don’t make this same mistake. I only realized my error when I went for more. The bread had absorbed every ounce of liquid leaving the meatball dry and the bread falling apart. Because duh, of course it had! I have only myself to blame for such a tragedy. Great for eating there while fresh, so do that.

It’s been a few years since we’ve come but we always get the Philly cheesesteak when we do. So good with the jalapeño sauce. Not a lot of tables inside but plenty outside on their patio. Many of the outside tables have umbrellas which was nice. Definitely want to come back and try many of their menu items, especially their meatballs. Horrible experience! Me and my gf got the philly and the meatball sub. The philly barely had any steak or anything in it! Was so dry and tasteless. The meatball sub had sauce so it wasn't so much on the dry side but the flavor was so horrible and the bread was so toasted it just didn't make for a good eat AT ALL. Also the older lady at the register taking our order was not the friendliest and had a mean look on her face. This experience was not the greatest. The philly and meatball sub was such a let down and I eat those sandwiches so much in so many different locations. Speaking of location, maybe it was this specific Moochies that was bad. Either way I will never give them another try. The sandwiches were so dry and tasteless, even with me trying all 3 of their sauces (which all had similar flavor) it still didn't help out anything.
