Moe's Southwest Grill

The service was horrible! There was a roach crawling on the wall dividing the booths when we called the employee over to let her see it her laughed about it! Saying oh yeah it is a roach . Why she was so good with it astonished me and why it was funny baffled me. She walked away laughing saying she would tell the manager and went and continued serving customers. She never returned with any resolution or anything and when we requested a refund initially she told us that the manager wasn't there and we'd have to wait till his return the next day. That was before we insisted and she finally refunded us our money. Disgusting and Horrible customer service.

I tried this crunch for the first time and actually thought it was very tasty. It was recommended by one of the employees, Connor and he was right on the money. Think I’ll try again the next time I go back. They have free chips and salsa with mild to hot choices and they also have a Coca-Cola freestyle so you can get your drink any way you want it along with fresh brewed iced tea.

It's a pretty good spot most of the time, Moe's is one of my favorite "build your own burrito" places. The last couple times my wife and I came here though, the ingredients seemed less than fresh. My wife's pork was quite dry, seemed to have been sitting out for a long while. Everything else was pretty good, but the protein being dry really does diminish the overall quality a good deal.
