Don't come here if you're looking for your food to be ready on time or a friendly staff. I arrived at 1:10 exactly when my order was supposed to be ready. I waited until 1:30 before I asked to get my money back, seeing how nobody ever looked at me in the eyes and asked if I needed any help. When I asked for my money back, the lady said what's your name I said it and she looked at the ticket for the pizza she was making and back at me and rolled her eyes. I said you don't get to be mad at me when my order said it would be ready at 1:10 and you're just now making it at 1:30. She started processing the return, walked away without saying a word. I waited a few minutes, about 5, then I had to ask the other guy there if she processed the return. She then came back and said the computer was messing up and she had to call the manager. First time at MOD Pizza was so satisfying. There was a little bit of a wait since they were short staffed with only two associates but the guys still didn't rush through the orders and gave recommendations. First and foremost, I want to say that the staff at this location has always greeted me and has been pleasant when I came in to order. That being said, SANITATION IS A BIG ISSUE. I was going to dine in until I noticed how much gnats were flying around the dough and the drink station. I had to tell the gentleman who was doing my order to give me fresh dough because he was about to give me dough that gnats just had flown off of. (Which I probably should have just not continued my order from that point) Once I got to the drink station after paying, it was sticky and the Raspberry Lemonade machine looked like it had not been cleaned in a while. A great deal of gnats had been flying around there too, so I changed my orders from dine in to carry out because I was losing my appetite by that point. For me, it’s just as simple as not dining there anymore, but I did want to give the next person who goes there a heads up. I do not wish for anyone to lose their job, but there needs to a major over
