MOD Pizza

We were in the area after filling up some gas and the wife and I were hungry. There are a few restaurants to choose from but we chose Mod for their quick service and delicious thin crust pizza. After looking at their menu options, they have a really good general menu but their customized pizza options are also extensive to build however you would like. Their service was very quick to get our order and actually waiting for the pizza to come out, something like maybe 10 minutes or less. The wife got a Spotted Cow on tap which was cool to enjoy, alongside a custom made pizza that she drizzled some spicy honey on for a great finishing touch. I got the Jasper, which had delicious spicy chicken sausage and mushrooms.

Up until Friday the 21st of January 2022, I seemingly had no issues with this restaurant. I had eaten there several times before, and the majority of the staff seemed trained and on top of what they were doing. The quality of the food was decent and workers were mostly friendly. I have completely changed my outlook on this restaurant due to a terrible experience with our food and it not being corrected after trying to contact a manager, taking pictures of our food and throwing it out to try and correct the mistake, and being talked to with some of the most disrespect I’ve dealt with from anyone in the food business trying to correct a mistake. This lady was completely combative, defensive for no reason as I was completely respectful and just trying to solve the issue, somehow a manager that clearly thinks she can talk to customers however she wants, wouldn’t give me her name when I asked for it because I wanted to contact someone higher up after being treated the way I was by her, no

Edit: Came again. This time I was pretty spacy and forgot to finish ordering everything on my pizza but they were so kind and called my name which they remembered. And asked if there's anything left that I wanted to add to my pizza. Thankfully they caught me before I got way too distracted and walked away, the GM was very nice and even greeted us at our table afterwards. When the staff is putting all the chairs on the table and forcing customers to stand at 7pm when they were still going to be open for another few hours it made us feel unwelcome and like we had to take our food to go.
