Chipotle Mexican Grill

Went to this location on 11/18/2022 at 6pm. Ordered 2 bowls, 1 with queso. Asked for a cup for water and was told that they didn’t have any water cups. Since they were “out” of water cups, I asked for a medium cup and the cashier said they cannot give out cups for water because people have been stealing soda. She then stated that she would be charged for the cost of the soda cup if she gave it to me. Clearly another lie… Store ran completely out of rice as of 630pm and also didn’t have the new garlic steak. All the tables were dirty and I had to ask the cashier for more napkins to wipe it off myself. The manager was standing right by the cashier as all of this was unfolding, supporting everything that was happening (or not happening). I visit this store about once a week and over the past couple months it has been HORRIBLE. Needs new management ASAP. The workers are just being told what to do, visibly seem defeated and uninspired to perform their job duties. I usually leave my $2-$3 in

Mitchell gave us excellent customer service despite it being close to closing time! He continued to be kind, polite, and offer multiple solutions to customers in front of us even though they had a negative attitude towards him and yelling at him. The other two guys with him were also a great help!
