We visited M & J's today for breakfast with a party of 6 family members. Our server was Antoinette. She was professional, courteous and very attentive to our needs... The food was Amazing and we were served complimentary I believe Asian Wings while waiting for our order. This Restaurant is definitely A-plus when it comes to consistency. My only complaint would Be the coffee... I'm a Starbucks fan and the coffee is not as strong as I would prefer..

The grits and shrimp was awful. I was expecting better. It's like they just made a pot of grits threw a couple of shrimp on top with cheddar cheese. It lacked seasoning. So I dressed it up when I got it home. I'm so glad it was take out. Would go back? Maybe, I would do something simple when I'm short on time, like a breakfast sandwich, you can't mess that up. And I thought this was a black owned establishment.
