I used to like this place a lot more. The service is excellent. Had the bistec a la mexicana. It was ok but not as flavorful as I remember. Mom had pozole and said the same about the flavor. Wife had birria tacos and they were delicious! Horchata is so good. Walls could use a new coat of paint so they don't look so dingy/worn. Food : 4/5 | Service : 5/5 | Atmosphere : 3/5 … More
well after losing my phone and eating a hamburger earlier i was invited to try this mexican restaurant my friend knows since he came to remember his brothers birthday despite passing away. it has been a tradition i think for him and his family. it has also been a familiar tradition for his relatives to dine here so i was invited. it was ok. it was not the best but it was ok. the salsa and chips they offered were fresh but after the first round you have to pay extra on the menu. i ordered the fajitas bistec and it was an interesting way they cooked it. i never knew big chunks of cucumbers they would use on the vegetable salad part. i would expect cilantro which it was lacking. i guess they do not include too much guacamole for my dish as well which everything else was traditional and good. i did not get a chance to check in which i usually do but was using my mom's phone and do not want to logged in to yelp with another android. i would try this again but in the meantime 3 stars for my
