Nice atmosphere, but food service is poor. The drinks were good and strong, but are on the pricey side. The food took a LONG time to arrive, was inaccurate, and barely warm. It’s interesting what they’re trying to do with the Afro-fusion menu, but the flavor is lacking. The suya, for example, didn’t have suya pepper and was heavily seasoned with soy sauce. The jollof wasn’t bad, but was served barely warm. Also note that the menu online showing burgers and crab cakes is not accurate. My advice, check out the dance lessons, but skip the food.
Jay our server went above & beyond in terms of customer service. Portions were big & tasty. Drinks were refreshing & really good. The Suya was amazing & the chix tacos were delicious. The sweet old bay chix wings were so tasty.
Food was very good! Wings were the best! There was a DJ playing Afrobeats and 2000s hip hop, which added to a fun evening! Our waitress, Kamara, was very attentive! My group had an excellent time!
