La Bamba is a hidden gem in downtown Silver Spring. I ate here for lunch a few weeks ago and I loved it! The pupusas are so good! I also tried their shrimp and rice in white wine sauce; I had to take it home because the portions are huge. Equally satisfying! I was there for lunch during the week, so I could only try one drink, but the sangria did not disappoint! I definitely want to come back and try more of their menu/drink options. This is a cute little family-style restaurant. My waitress was really nice, I highly recommend!
The food here is great, nice flavor and portions. I feel the service could have been better, specially because they charge you for it.
Never eating here again ! When I opened my food a fly flew out and out of this same dish there were eggs from that fly! Absolutely disgusting.
