Minsky's Pizza

Beginning in 2019, Minsky's partners up with Joe's KC BBQ to offer a pizza for a few weeks. We recently had a large delivered and loved it again. It has slow-smoked Brisket and Burnt Ends, and tender Pulled Pork with Joe’s Kansas City Bar-B-Que Sauce and Mozzarella cheese. We had the original crust, but also like the thin crust. Though we had this pizza delivered, Minsky's is a great place to eat at too.

We haven't been at this Minsky's location before. We stopped in on Sunday evening. Very clean and organized business. The staff was nice and very helpful. We had the Burnt ends and Brisket pizza. This is the best BBQ pizza we've had. We will be going here more often.

Minsky's Pizza was okay!!! Not the best around but DEFINITELY no where NEAR the worse!!! I would say top 5 in the Independence area!!! They are on the pricey side!!! The employees were nice and friendly!!! The place seemed clean!!! I wouldn't have gone here if it wasn't for a fundraiser!!! But again, it was decent pizza!!! Not a regular place on my list though!!! (Note on pics: They do sell wine, beer, and cocktails here!!! I don't drink alcohol!!! So I did not take a picture of that!!! I didn't take the pictures with Google reviews in mind!!! I do apologize!!!) Features: No masks required!!!
