Mindy's Ribs

Baby back ribs fabulous, and fall off the bone. Full slab too, not shrunken version! Meal served with baked potatoes or fries. We had both, and were really good. Very large menu to accommodate all types of appetites. Atmosphere very nice like an old time diner but larger. Order at counter. Server brings food. Highly recommend.

Was just driving through and seen this place. After stopping I was amazed by the food selection they have. Anything and everything one would want for a lunch. Highly recommend if your looking for something different than your normal fast food.

I was kind of disappointed by this place. I had heard good things about it, but the food wasn’t as good as I expected. The atmosphere at this location is great. Nothing wrong with that and tons of room to eat with plenty of booths and tables. Our table probably needed to be cleaned a little as it was grimy. I ordered the pulled pork sandwich and there was nothing really special about it. The bun was dried out and pulled pork seemed like the kind you buy from the store. Very disappointing. I would not recommend it at all. My wife ordered the junior version of the pulled pork like me and it was exactly the same as mine. Mindy’s is trying to be like The Patio, but it’s not. I will come back again to try their ribs as that is supposed to be their specialty. Otherwise, not sure I can recommend this place based on sandwiches my wife and I had during our visit.
