Chipotle Mexican Grill

Walking in at 11am Ordered the new chicken burrito which came out great, and all the ingredients were mixed so I didn’t bite into just rice. While eating inside I watched a man measuring all pots for their heat, that was cool to see as I have never seen that before.

The food is really good it’s only they’re not paying attention to what you order and it’s not only today my order is messed up it’s like 3/5 times already. There was a time I only got the chicken and the rice on my burrito bowl my toppings were missing and u can’t even get hold of them. And today I didn’t got my chips

If I could give no stars, I would. This location is by far (within miles radius- even more) the WORSE location for mobile order. Not only the protein portions are almost nonexistent, the other toppings get messed up. If the order says no cheese, it means no cheese!!!!! I asked for the mild sauce, not red sauce. I doubt the person that made my orders cant read, so I can only think of 2 explanations: 1- the employees are instructed to purposely cut normal portions to half, and rush the order process with no care for order requests, and/or 2- employees enjoy messing with mobile orders and for both scenarios they know they won't be confronted... Out of 5 orders, 3 were a mess. You should be ashamed of yourself! This truly reflects on the poor management of the location. Cant blame Chipotle (company), cause other locations are doing just fine. It's just this one. In restaurant orders are not so good either, sometimes it feels like you are paying to beg for food.
